Our Growth

 

2020 is our 5th year in business starting out in a spare bedroom at the house that served as office, warehouse and where our equipment was located.  Cars are my passion and as a semi-retired Mechanical Engineer I wanted a business serving the car and car club community so BKI Specialties LLC was formed.

 

Adam's Polishes was the best car products I had found including commercial detail supplies. Adam's was not available in Northeast Oklahoma except by ordering at the Adam's website or when another dealer was at larger  car shows in other cities.  I contacted Adam's Polishes about a distributorship in this area and that resulted in a long term Adam's Polishes Wholesale Distributorship that has demonstrated steady growth each year.

 

 

Birth of The Shine Shop

 

Working from the back of my pickup and an Adam's Polishes tent at local car shows, often using my personal cars to show the products the business started gaining loyal customers and showing substantial growth.

 

Several customers loved the products but wanted someone else to do the detailing of their cars.  Other local detail shops were not interested in better detail products so to meet this demand I started doing limited detailing out of my garage and driveway.  This proved very popular quickly exceeding my capabilities.

 

The solution was to buy 2 acres on the east side of Broken Arrow with a building able to house the retail Adam's Polishes Store.  A purpose built steel building was erected to house the detail shop and the Adam's Shine Shop was up and growing.

 

Our Focus

 

To provide the best car care products available on both the retail sales side and for use in the Shine Shop detailing service.

 

Provide education and training for groups or individuals interested in detailing their own cars and provide personal high quality services through the in house detailing services.

 

Bottom line is for your car to be the best it can be no matter if it is a daily driver or a high end show car.  For your car to be the best it can be no matter if you do the work or if we do the work.  Don't you and your car deserve the best?
